  • Vent It Out listeners are not licensed therapists and cannot diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Traditional therapy involves a formal diagnosis and treatment plan that is based on evidence-based practices.
  • Vent It Out sessions are flexible and can be scheduled anytime you need them. Traditional therapy usually involves weekly or bi-weekly sessions that require a long-term commitment.
